We diversify our fundraising and devise a Financial Resilience Plan; make WONGOSOL an employer of choice with succession planning; improve safety and risk management; develop our ICT infrastructure including this website; build a stronger Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system; and invest in communications to raise public awareness of our work.
